Rain and a quilting day
We had a nice steady rain today. A good day to stay in and finish my quilt. Ruby had proclaimed it is her quilt weeks ago. She didn't care that there wasn't any binding on it. I hand quilted, stitched in the ditch on most of it and machine stitched around the border. It really feels good to have it finished.

i love the colours of your quilt - it looks so different now it's quilted - what weight wadding did you use? Quiliting by hand -it must have taken for ever - but it looks like it paid off -lovely
CC, thanks for your sweet words. Not sure of the weight, I had it a long time and didn't have the package. I know it is very, very light.
