The gardens are beautiful in Tennessee and I'd like to show off a few things from relatives and nice neighbors. First of all I borrowed this pressure cooker from by brother. I'd never used one before, but I learned to like it. This one is probably 40 or more years old, but it still works.

Lori and I made 45 quarts and 21 pints of green beans.

4 quarts and 8 pints of pickles and about 10 pints of squash in the freezer.

WOW! Brenda, you must have a seriously huge garden! I am jealous of the outcome, but not of all the weeding and work! Whew! I just have a garden big enough to feed us and share a little! I should probably have more, but I don't know that I have time....could stay off of here and I bet I'd have time!
Sorry for rambling, AGAIN!
Fantastic! I need some family and neighbors like that! I have never tried a pressure cooker. I have always been scared by other's accounts of them! I may get brave knowing at least two people (my husbands cousin and you) who love them!
