Working on a snowball and 9 patch quilt

Working on the Vintage Sewing Bee made me want to start another quilt and challenge myself. I've always wanted to try the snowball block.
I got my pattern from Better Homes and Gardens Teach yourself to Machine-Quilt (from Joann's). Snowball patch is combined with a nine-patch block and has triangles along the border. I'm only using my scraps and any fabrics I have that will match.

This will look so wonderful with the scraps. Looking forward to seeing it complete;-)

I can't wait to see your finished quilt! I really like this pattern. I may have to find it for myself.
