Bible Cover

Tonight I decided I needed a cover for my Bible. It was really easy to make. I'm so happy with it. I'm making one for my husband as soon as I get some camouflage fabric. I will try really hard to do a tutorial.

Baby Shower Gifts

I made this cute little monkey quilt for my new cousin to be, Logan Peach. My cousin Jenny loved it.  The pattern is from Quilts for Babies  by Lark Crafts.  Also made her 2 little bibs.

Here's my cousin Jenny with another beautiful quilt someone made for her. She got lots of nice things, especially homemade goodies.

More New Summer Clothes

The dress at the top is a favorite pattern of mine Simplicity 2660. This was my Easter dress. Fabric from Joann's.
This skirt is made from a vintage tablecloth. I used Icandyhandmade's ideas on her blog. Wish I had someone to take pictures of the back. I love the way it turned out.

Wristlet Bag

I just made this cute little bag from sew a straight line blog. She has a great tutorial with the pattern and detailed instructions.  Very easy to make. I used some vintage sheet scraps and added a little vintage lace. It's great for a cell phone and small wallet. Just the necessities.

New dress from ICandy Handmade

Ever since I saw this dress on pinterest I just had to make it. It's from ICandy Handmade. She has complete pattern and instructions, which was very easy. Cut out and sewn in about 2 hours. I'm not photogenic, but I did want to show in on. I love the way it fits. The fabric was free. I added edging from a sheet to the bottom. She made a slip with lace to wear with her outfit.

Flying Geese Quilt

I have been working on this for a while. It's for my sister-in -law. I adore the blue and white flying geese. Seems like it took forever to quilt. It's a queen size that was already pieced, I just quilted it for her.
